The steel coil will be rolled out, level it and continuously feed it to laser cutting machine, effectively shorten the parts cutting time & improve the machine efficiency.

Production is flexible.

It can be responded to the needs of production & parts changes at any time. When the parts change, it just need to modify the 2D graphics through programming software, then continue to cut desired parts without any others machine setting.

With automatic nesting function, it effectively to nest the parts to reduce wastage of the material.

The auto nesting function can arrange the required quantities of individual parts into the desired material size, and to be produced at any time according to the customer’s need. The automatic nesting program can bring the benefit by increasing the efficiency of material utilization, reduce the waste of material and reduce the production cost.
